★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aaradhya flats are located at Ghatkopar, Mumbai. They have redeveloped these flats recently. They have really classy and decent flat schemes. They have two blocks. One block is for 1bhk flats, while the other block is for 2bhk flats. So you can avail newly built flats with fresh furniture in a very reasonable price and that too in Mumbai! Also they have a huge parking lot! I would definitely recommend these flats to anyone who is looking for 1/2 bhk appartment at a good location.

I saw about Aaradhya Residency on GMaps and personally liked it.... But I have a question that why it was written there:- Closes at 7.00 p.m. and Opens at 10.00 a.m.?
Is it because of Covid19 spread and is temporary? Or it is a permanent rule out there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building has 2wing A and B.Each floor has 6 rooms .The lobby area is big.The parking area is also spacious. One minus point is that continuous voice of train as the railway track are behind the compound of the building.
