★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs to upgrade construction quality. Has good community and communication links with a lot of supermarkets nearby. Also you could find almost every kind of stuff you need as it is proximal to almost all kind of shops. You can also hop into the Reliance Fresh situated nearby or enjoy your weekend at 2 nearby bars-cum-restaurants.

Rent will be on the lower end
Cons:
Water:
Drinking water is available only on alternate days.
Normaly water is from Borewell. In summer water will not be available at all.
Management:
In the name of management there exist someone who picks up your phone and never utter a word.
Security:
No one would believe!! Every day a new person is presented in the form of security .. I have been living here fr 3 years and I have seen 15-20 security personal.
Electricity
Wagholi generally has a power cut issue.
Surroundings:
Poor drainage maintenance leads to over flow,this makes it impossible to walk even in the common area
