Vastu compliant. Block 8, 9 and 10 have decent ventilation.
Cons:
Common wall and and apartments are very close. Many apartments have toilet window of other apartment facing your kitchen window or guest bedroom window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facing lots of issue , the project is not completed on time. Also it is highly unsafe area …. I am living in this property and past 7 pm it is a completely silent area , you cannot even think of stepping out. I am so scared to travel and come back from office. You will find boys on the side of the road roaming , drinking and also there are no street lights. It’s not worth investing money here at all. I am always scared and deeply regretting the purchase here. So many problems and worst is the basic security.
