★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very conveniently located right on Bangalore- Mumbai Highway, near Bhumkar Chowk in Pimpri- Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. A clean society occupied by mostly IT Engineers. Very livable complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the society is maintained very well by all society members, the construction quality is low, society is not formed even after 5 years of possession, builder made a complete mess and very arrogant. Long story short, don't buy home from Jhamtani builder. He is a white collar dacoit. Don't waste your hard earn money by buying flat from this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked flat in gamma tower of ace almighty , possession is delayed but builder keeps all transperancy. They have addressed all our concerns related to possession. Providing updates regularly and sending photos and videos of construction progress from the start of the project.
I think jhamtani group and their staff keeping all the transperancy related to project work and any hurdles that arise. Not sure if any other builders connect with customers and address their issues the way jhamtani group is doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Ace Almighty. Fraud Builder, after raising 95% disbursement builder changed existing plan without any consent from flat owners. Multiple False commitment for possession. Also construction is not same as described and shown at the time of buying flat. They are building extra flats in parking area and not providing said amenities. Additional RERA no. Introduced (converted 2 into 3 after 2 yr of registration agreement) to manipulate above things I urge Mr. Anup Jhamtani to take a serious note of this. Not at all happy with this kind of Manipulation

1. Commerical space inside the project has been the reason of disappointment. Builder has revised floor plan and added one extra floor of commerical space which will lead to choatic area due to increased number of footfalls. 2. Possesion date is delayed by months or might be years as well compared to promised possesion date. 3. Additional flats are being planned in the parking area which will lead to encroachment and lower covered parking spaces for existing flat owners this also leads to conjestion due to increased semi-covered car parking area. 4. Very little or no space for promised amenties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possession date has been a mystery throughout and not up to the commitment provided by builder.
Almost 8 months delayed. Builder is non-responsive and in some cases is not reachable also. These are fake promises made just to buy out time.
Builder has been very reluctant from Day 1 to agree on any small modifications requested, but sadly I found that same modification which was denied for me earlier almost more than a year back was implemented in other flat in my same floor. This is not acceptable at all.
Builder has added additional flats in parking area which is highly dis-appointing and it was never in the plan before when I had booked the flat.
There will lead to massive space issues also not sure if that impacts to promised covered parking zones.
