Postage was faster than I expected and I received regular updates about the arrival of my parcel. I would definitely use electric shop again and thoroughly recommend them based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by aaditya vision. I have placed one order in aaditya vision Kankarbagh @02:09 pm. Sales Executive committed to deliver my order on same day. But after many follow up I didn't get any update about my order. No one is responsible.....very bad experience. After talking payment no one is responsible for customers query.....very very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the salesman was absolute rude. In fact we made a complaint to his manager he heard us and laughed and said it should not happen.
But definitely he seems not to be in a position to ask let me know the problem and I will assist you.
In between I went to buy a refrigerator and ask him one question as verbatim- do you keep multiple pieces of one model.
Salesman reply- yes, all sold and we don't wait for you to come and buy. We don't keep stock for you.
Seriously I didn't get what went wrong. He might be having a tough day or some anxiety. But I hope my feedback will help to improve the customer caring quality.
Although his upset mood dilute the impulse to buy.
