It's Ajnara group society. It's market is good and having a good footfall. Market is having Grocery shops, Medicine shops, Sweet shop, Eye Glasses shop, few eatries vendors.
Inside society, condition is not good. Most of the towers in society has not been handed over. Security of the society is also not adequate. Society is also facing Maintenance related issues very often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To buy a house in Ajnara Le Garden Society is the biggest mistake of my life. We purchased the house in 2017 and the possession is supposed to be given in 2018-19. We took a home loan from the bank and made 80% of the payment in 2017 as per the agreement. We have been paying the EMIs since 2017. We were a little fine with it but in March 2020 received a final demand letter of the remaining 20% during the Coivd 19. We thought now we will get our dream home. We risk our lives and came out of our house and get the pending amount disbursed from the bank and they ensured us that you will get the handover within 90 days as per the agreement fit-out period clause. So, I just want to tell you all that we had made the 100% payment in Aug'2020 and today is Jan'2020, no handover has been given to me. You guys can see the condition of my flat images attached. They don't have material, labors, & humanity. Some so many people are suffering and being frustrated. I don't understand what is RERA? if we still have to suffer.
Please suggest what I have to do now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society has all the facilities located in the close vicinity. They have enough parking which makes it easy for your visitors to park their cars.
The build quality is ok, however, they haven't delivered their new flats for years. The construction is on hold for approx 2+ years now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajnara Le Garden is a nice place to live in... The interiors and the staircase are broad and well ventilated, walking track is also present.
Just a bigger park would have been better. There is a market of the apartment which is accessible easily and you can get almost everything of daily needs from there
