★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being HARASSED daily through calls, whatsapp msgs and calls and sms by the FRONT DESK FEMALE and telling me to delete my review I have EDITED and REMOVED the female's NAME from my review about Alex salon, Phase 7. Mohali hoping SHE no longer harasses me.
VERY BAD, PATHETIC EXPERIENCE and client handling.. FRONT DESK FEMALE was very RUDE, IMPOLITE and was SHOUTING AT ME..please do not even think to use their services and waste your money..
WORST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I go there for smoothing, they prefer to do silk therapy. I agreed with them. But the result was very bad and even they don't ready to hear the issue. My hair start falling and no shinning, no smoothing. When I visit to show them my hair they ignored me.

I went there for a haircut.
1st- They didn’t washed head and started cutting my hairs.
2nd- I asked them to set from side and he didn’t even listened.
3rd- I booked with online offer at Rs.179 but they charged me 250rs.
4th- It’s their responsibility to check of there are any hairs left on the back of the neck. I just reached home and saw my neck is not properly trimmed from behind.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Staff doesn’t even listen what kind of haircut u need they are so unprofessional and that lady owner doesn’t even know that on nearby app discount is going on but she still charge you extra by saying that we don’t know about discount .
Moreover, they don’t clean their salon it’s all messy you’ll find hair all over.
GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Recently, my mother and I got hair highlights and keratin treatment at quite decent prices. Manjeet sir and Salim sir did a great job. This is our go to place for all our hair services. The staff is extremely hospitable as well.
100% recommended.
