It's been more than 10 days that email has been sent to you guys but have not heard back, I understand it's.important to simply reply to reviews just to show people that you guys are active, however, I suggest do some positive work on ground as well instead of working on social media

Despite sending reminders on emails still no revert from these guys, these are few companies who only believe in selling and no after sales...their products are not available outside and they are least bothered after taking money..have filed a case in consumer court as well...please beware and do not give any work to this company.
