Amaentis promised not delivered , almost 8 year gone ,gym machine poor quality when we approach they never response

Most of review given in trail as 5 star are employee of builder actual in ground review u may ask resident of vrundavan and Raj vaibhav ...if u want to try raise query online for flat on amar group call u will get ask name if person and match the name here who has given 5 star its the same ..cheap material used as per my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fraud developer using pathetic and cheap quality of material and selling flats.
My friend owns flat in Raj vaibhav NX project dombivali west and its been only 8 months since possession and walls have got a Damp and mould.
Raw material used is of such low quality that it has caused mineral Efflorescence on all walls.
Buider seems to be using stolen construction sand from canals around dombivali.
It is metal harassment to deal with this builder.
We did multiple requests and followup with builder but he is so arrogant and says it is your responsibility to fix this issue.
Please dont invest your hard earned money for this builder , you will regret. If you think this review is not real ,i am attaching images of actual flat
Now, I will go to consumer court for justice, lets see how far it goes.

As after builder gets money you wont get any support from his side. After builder gets money of flat, His become Horribly Rude.
