★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A project consisting of three multistoried towers. Location wise quite good. Price for 2BHK seems reasonable. The executives on site are quite amiable and helpful. Project almost 80% complete. Hopefully a good project to invest on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am planning to buy a flat in the Narendrapur area , still not finalized the property. Have few doubts.
1> What challenges somebody will face in the day to day life as this place is bit out of the city ? I have heard that zomato , swiggy, big basket do not deliver here, is it true ?
2> What is the total approx monthly cost of cable tv + broad band internet + home maid etc ?
3> What services are included in the maintenance cost ? Does the fuel cost of the generator is included in the maintenance cost? Monthly maintenance cost is fixed or variable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every time they called from different number and quote different price for the same flat. When visited the property they quote a rate and when went for the booking price of the same flat increase by 2 lac. no ethics of doing business.
you will get the better and spacious property in the same rate with better ambiance and amenities. The sales people will behave in such a way that they have sold all the units after after that will call from different number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project area is good. Lots of open place inside the project with children's play area (planned) and roof top swimming pool, however the flat's interior could have been more spacious if designed well. Overall a good project on NSC Road, Narendrapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no sales personnel in the sales office. The security showed us a flat. It had two bedrooms but it was small. The kitchen was very small. Even smaller was the balcony. But comparatively the toilets were big. There is a long corridor connecting the rooms which is practically useless. In one floor there are six flats. The security guard was very well behaved. There was another office personnel who was rather rude.
