★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad coustumer dealing like gunda, last time a buy for receiving my parcel , i asked for clafication regarding bill , but the billing staff scolded me unnecessary! And they make a huge bill to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate kallada travels 0 star. My trip was from Bangalore to Anantapur on 4th of Feb 2020. Staff inside office said me that bus will arrive after 2 hours late, and we have arranged other bus for you, I started my journey with that bus. I was suppose to get down in Anantapur but bus crossed my destination I got boarded in Gooty by-pass at 3:00 am, I booked buss via online. How could bus crew people say that their is no name. This is one of the worst travels in India.
Logistics and transportation department should take serious action about it.
Note for the people : if you are not a regular traveller then don’t go with this, travels sincere request to travellers

My boarding time was 1:30 am. Staffs were there till that time. They were very supportive.
There were few chairs available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People need to wait list half an hour and long over , still there is no proper wash room or other facilities.its very difficult for ladies for those who are travelling very long .
Cleanliness is the worst thing u can watch there andnthe rude behaviour by the staffs ai if they are paying for u bus fare

One of the worst service.
They don’t coordinate with passengers well.
They were not reachable before my bus bording.
Irresponsible.
Not recommended
My boarding time is 2:45 but then they said time of arrival is 4:30.
I missed all my appointments for the next day.
Couldn’t relay on them so I am not boarding the bus I am at my room and the time is 2:56am going to sleep good now.
Will be taking a cab instead.
