★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Sweet scissors' is the term what most aptly describes these people. Very sweet talking, they don't offer discount of a single penny on anything. Bought a basic desktop worth 16000. After 2 days, I felt it wasn't required, so reached out to them to return it. The entire product wasn't even opened. After a lot of reluctance, they agreed to take it back. They kept it for more than a month, and then told me they can only refund 12000 of the total amount. Then again they kept me waiting for another month before paying back 11000. And then they plainly lied that they had only committed to return 11000. So they deducted 5000 out of an unopened product which was returned to them 2 days after being purchased .
Sweet talking liars of the first order!!!
Beware before buying anything from them!
