U have purchased my ev currently millege is 25 . When I complained with in 2 months they told battery is ok . And now they told battery issue u have to purchase a new one . This show room having few guys like sriraj ,Sagar and 2 mores they are worst fellows at the time of purchase they told we will give service at 100 km range from our showroom when I face issue no body gives service in kakatpur .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to buy electric vehicles. You'll get scooter models for now. We have purchased We've Xeniaa model with a mileage of 55-60km/charge at 45km/hr speed (@mode 3).
The behaviour of the employees is good and the service provided for the vehicle is also good. They sell the truth and listen to the complaints. They are bringing new designs and models to the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for xenia on 31st october. The committed date was 12th November. But till date it is not delivered, and delay was never conveyed from their end too. Now i came to know that i will get my order at 5th December which is almost a 2 weeks delay. When i used to call them they used to ignore my calls. And now they have the audacity to ask me to cancel my order. After waiting for nearly 3weeks they are asking me to cancel the order. The business house clearly do not have a vision nor they know how to talk to the customer

They will neither recieve your call nor commit to their words for delivering the vehicle. All the do is give you a new date of delivery and when your delivery dates comes then gone no response from them. If such a great response is offered before you buy the vehicle. Then literally I can be sure of what the service team might be.
