★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and rude staff. They don't know if the appointment is scheduled. 5 people in the lab, of which 4 are engrossed in chatting with each other. No response to the person who has entered their lab.
Basic etiquette missing.
If there was an option of 0.5 star would have given the same. Can't rely on them even for a simple check.
