★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location Very close to bhiwandi kalyan bypass. Posh society with all basic amenities, spacious flats not less than 2 bhk, still some part of the apartment is under construction, has its own society club. Very well.maintained and hope the management is well too for a lng run

This is Tushar Ksar, I baught the flat in April 2016. builder agreed for the possession in Dec.2018. till Jan2022 possession is not given to me and also even on these days OC is not been committed. although the project is almost completed but the delay from Dec2018 to till OC of the flat this flat has put me in big financial losses. builder is kind to understand this situation but this does not fulfill my financial losses. i complained to RERA in Oct.2021, they gave me appointment in 18.12.2021 and aske meet the builder separately and settle the issue. with such provisions it is hard to understand why RERA is asking such things?
even after complaint builder is not giving any commitment for OC date.
rest construction work looks good. yet final work of plumbing. light fitting, lobby is pending till 20.12.2022.
