★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! A wonderful store to pick women's clothing as well as men's wedding clothes.
The sales person have immense patient to show lots and lots of stuff without cussing at customers asking to show different stuff.
The collection for women's is definitely better than many large store where we don't get any unique stuff.
A sure shot place for variety of clothes at reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Got 2 same pieces from them with length alterations. The zip wasn't working on one,asked them to replace it . The owner was right there and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I walked out with out the repair and I'm never going back.
Unable to reply to the reply by the owner but I'd like them to reply honestly at the very least. The zip was checked multiple times and everytime it was an issue. After they said they'll repair it a person from the store came back to me without repairing the zip and asked me to recheck. The zip was still faulty . There was another person in the store who them scolded him and asked him to go out and get a replacement zip to which the response was immensely cold. I had had enough by then. Each time I showed someone new the zip issue their responses were nit helpful. When I said I give up and wanted the dress back the person apologized. But the rest of the staff were not at all helpful. So please . You don't have to change your reply here. But please ensure your customers are treated better. And no I've no intention of coming back . Definitely not for a zip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 20th Nov Saturday we went and explained my requirements started showing above 7k which was high but felt ok for the quality of material and the grand look later salesmans started judging you and forcing you to buy what you selected for options according to them 10k below dress are waste...I don't know how I fell for their force I bought one dress which they said will give it by Monday evening after alteration... today i.e 23rd nov I went to collect the dress to my surprise it was not at all altered fully..and dupatta's edge was broken and the sales women slowly adjusted there itself which I couldn't control....you guys are cheaters....pathatic experience....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this shop,i got lehenga from this shop, it had little damage, they agreed to fix it but didn't give it on time even though we went to receive after 2 days the given time, they made us wait for such a long time telling will give it within 15 mins
