★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 1BHK in Assetz 63 degree east.This apartment complex is in an upcoming location very near to all the new IT parks. Quality of the apartment is very good built with new techniques. I purchased a 1 BHK and the the whole process was very smooth. I especially liked the periodic updates provided by the CRM team to keep me looped on all the developments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience. If you cancel your booking within 2days they dont return your token money. Very unprofessional..Other builder atleast return 50% amount if you cancel within 1week. Builder doesn't know the value of hard earn money.
I have mailed them too. But yet no response yet.. They just response to your review on google. After that they dont take any action. Very pathetic attitude and show up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one unit from Assetz and they promised me to deliver in 6 months but they took 2 years to deliver (they got good excuse of covid). Then I decided to sell my unit for which I have initiated the process 4 months before and still they didn't complete the task. If you are a professional and expecting the same from them, i will suggest to stay away from their CRM team atleast. They are very good at charging money with a strict deadline and penalty also. But they never cares customer deadline/money at all. I referred them 2 clients of 3BHK(no brokerage) each and this is how they are treating me

Yes yes yes yes then expect the following
No response to your calls or emails
No timely delivery, COVID pandemic will be added advantage for them.
No timely settlement of your penalty amount. 45 days they commit
You are expected to pay each payment in 15days any delay would invite penalty, which u would know at the end at time of settlement
Don't expect their staff would respond you in time or any proactive update from them.
Just keep following, after paying your hard earned money. As if we were earning for them :)
