★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Location is quite close to AIIMS Patna. There are several towers. As told by the staffthere, the total area is approximately 3 Acres. I am not sure about the exact area. He told that there will be Swimming Pool, Temple and a park. It is a gated society. Looks Good. Flat price is at par or above par the normal pricing in Patna. There are several ready to move flats. I liked the flats. It has been told that all the flats which are under construction will be completed by February 2022. I forgot to take pictures of the location or flats.
