★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello team August , Hello khan .... Loved the Designs what you have done , House have come out really really good , Your planning was appricted by everyone . Deducting 1 start because of the visits , i understand it was the time of carona and you guys tried to do it by video calls and all but project got delayed by more than a month. But loved your work , your response , your schedules, Your Work everything , only was not happy with the visits part . all the best , Hope this carona fear will go soon. Thanks

Well prepared , very organised in following timeline with great efforts , Completely Satisfying designing part. I asked for more than 20 changes but still they were very patience with us . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired August Architects team to design my home in Kengeri Bangalore 6 months a ago Posting the Review on the Request , , Designer took 1 week extra time to understand my needs and Designs ,but eventually Recommended me the unique designs Solution and did an amazing job of Execution of our Home. Through out the project, the progress was excellent.Time management was good ,It is modern, warm and a great place to come home.I like the Thought that there is a dedicated team for one project at a time , The same time they don't take other projects , I just wanted to express , my gratitude for your incredible Work . All the best Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not call Mr.Tausif Khan an Architect, does not even know what architecture is,just copy past from Google(he pays others and gets the design).Local workers have more knowledge than him.He claims he has a team but fact is he just one man army and claims to have done many projects which is untrue.provides all low quality products,hires cheap labourers and does not even pay them,does not complete the projects,he uses all the funds and gives silly excuses.Would not recommend August Architects,he will turn your dream house into nightmare.His agenda is to get the money from client and delays the project,not organized at all.None of his so called team and workers turn up to rectify things as he does not pay them.Please do not give him projects and regret later.
Mr.Khan has no responsibility on clients project and they abscond by leaving the work in between. Non professional and irresponsible behaviour.He will promise the sky but the end product will be worst than garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Everyone , I came to august architects in 2018 March for the construction of my house. .warm welcome, Explanation , Free site consultation was done, But they Did not take my project Immediately. As they said they have ongoing Projects for the Month and I have to wait for at-least for one month till they finish the Existing to a stage and focus on mine completely . This Honest feed back from the company and Importance i liked the most , The Importance which they gave to the existing ongoing projects i liked it a lot . After exploring more than 20 Architects , I waited for 40 days and gave the work to august Architects. More than Money i think they gave Importance to my House. which i felt. The Budget of fees and Construction Budget was Given without any hidden charges. what ever the list was given it was exactly same .Got the handover and Settled completely , Thanks Tausif , Thanks Shankar , Thanks Deven , Thanks other team members , I dont remember the names , sorry. the house have come out amazing , loved everything about it, and experience was great. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think in dreams also to go for their architects service their head Mr.Khan has no responsibility on clients project and they abscond by leaving the work in between. Non professional and irresponsible behaviour. Don't consider their references also as all are of the same attitude who threatens for money to complete the work. Instead hire a local carpenter who performs 100% more efficient work than this persons..They don't have any team and whomever u met is only for showing it for clients... Don't believe and Don't waste your money by giving order to this fellows.Worthless company. If u hear Tausif Khan or Ashwath names be careful before placing order and paying money for them. But somehow we got positive vibe with the owner Khan , and it turned out to be the good decesion . Very patient and approachable team of people, who understood our needs and articulates them in their designs. As it turns out their approach was far more cost effective and efficient.We could not be more pleased by the process and outcome.We would like to recommend them for anyone looking for an architect.
