★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there anything below one star ? It's been 2 yrs the bank has not been able to provide a cheque book correctly. Every time they come with a new excuse and now due to non transaction they have dorment the account. And they advertise they care for clients.

NOW HALNDALING HITACHI COMPANY , BUT THEY DO NOT SENT MY RENT FOR ATM HOUSE 7 MONTH. MY FEMILY DEPNT ON THIS RENT.I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT OF AXIS BANK FOR SOLVE MY PRBLEM.AND SENT MY RENT.

I would like to inform everybody that, do not open a account on Axis Bank, go to others bank like Hdfc bank, Uco Bank, Union Bank, Bandhan Bank, standard chartered bank, State Bank of India, United Bank of India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the Loan Center on Friday, 2nd July, 2021 after checking with Loan Customer Support about their operating hours and they confirmed it's working from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Also Google Maps showed from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
I reached the Loan center at 2:15 PM and it was told they are operating between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
I told them I am coming from very far and due to minimal transport availability it took me long time and I have checked with customer support about your working time. But they didn't listen to my request and bluntly denied any support and asked me to come next day during working hours.
So it's something really not understood that customer support is not aware of operating hours and customers travelling from far locations should ensure they are visiting within the working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank was founded on 3 December 1993 as UTI Bank, opening its registered office in Ahmedabad and a corporate office in Mumbai.[10] The bank was promoted jointly by the Administrator of the Unit Trust of India (UTI),[11] Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), General Insurance Corporation, National Insurance Company, The New India Assurance Company, The Oriental Insurance Corporation and United India Insurance Company. The first branch was inaugurated on 2 April 1994 in Ahmedabad by Manmohan Singh, then finance minister of India.[12]
In 2001 UTI Bank agreed to merge with Global Trust Bank, but the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) withheld approval and the merger did not take place. In 2004, the RBI put Global Trust under moratorium and supervised its merger with Oriental Bank of Commerce. The following year, UTI bank was listed on the London Stock Exchange.[13] In the year 2006, UTI Bank opened its first overseas branch in Singapore. The same year it opened an office in Shanghai, China. In 2007, it opened a branch in the Dubai International Financial Centre and branches in Hong Kong.[14]
On 30 July 2007, UTI Bank changed its name to Axis Bank.[15]
In 2009, Shikha Sharma was appointed as the MD and CEO of Axis Bank.[16]
In 2013, Axis Bank's subsidiary, Axis Bank UK commenced banking operations.[17]
On 1 January 2019, Amitabh Chaudhry took over as MD and CEO.[18]
In year 2021,the Bank had reduced its stake in Yes Bank from 2.39 per cent to 1.96 per cent.[19]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a circle head office two buildings ahead the AC market office where all kinds of administrative work is done. The place is beautifully furnished with the receptionist very cooperative. The AC market 3rd floor office is the place where the operations work Loan department are done. The place is good and everybody is extremely cooperative.
