They have built many flats at Nausa / Patna.
The builder needs to employ a Quality inspector to supervise the quality of materials & workmanship during his building constructions.
Leaving the captainship to the petty construction workers is like a ship sailing without a rudder.
Design wise the flats are well designed.
However the Commercial block built at Nausa has many loop holes and short cuts abd cannot be labelled as a well designed commercial center.
It lacks parking lot & sufficient toilets - other than these glaring deficiencies its a good set up - for any one to reap benefit out if this massive construction.
