The store a.k.a Firefox Cycles sells great bicycles at moderate prices and is well located & noticable. However the staff only behaves well when told by the owner. If visited directly- especially by a teenager- for minor fixes, the staf:-
•At times shoos customers away
•Talks too harshly (Too big for their shoes)
•Charges elevatedly unnecessary
•Pays no heed
~Personally, I liked this store for anything related to my bicycle or for purchasing a new one, but that's now history. The staff talks and behaves too badly, unless told to do the same thing by the owner. Overall..... respect over desire I don't like this store anymore.
There's another store, just ahead which is my choice now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While displaying a cycle the Gears were of Shimano but when delivered it was swapped to Shimmin (cheap look alike) brand pure CHEATERS.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and unprofessional staff. Basically they don't attend customers. And they don't respect customers aswell. Whether it's young or elderly they taunt and talk with attitude to both. Repair service is cheap, they will never listen your opinion. And charges are extra and often cheated as found by other nearby cycle shop rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales guy showed me a lot of bikes without hesitation. I didn't buy a bike from here as I decided to go for an International brand instead of an Indian or Chinese, But thanks for the helpful behaviour.
I do go to them for spares though, from time to time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bike chain broke down nearby, i took my bike at the store where the guy insisted on getting a new chain, we did that. It turned on to be unfit. The chain flow was rigid & had gaps. Told them to fix it. They argued in a rude way saying that it is how it it. Refused to fix it. They removed their chain, returned the money Left me stranded with a broken chain. The staff is rude & unprofessional

Reasonable and reliable service..
One deliver guy person came from Jogeshwari with bhaiya cycle for changing of seat I asked him for service here...told very reliable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unchle is very rude cycles are over prized servicing costs 700 where as I service my activa in 700 rs with oil and everything simply expensive prefer not to buy cycles from this store just a bit ahead is sardar cycles he will give you beautiful service cheaper cycle rates any day better than Aziza
