★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residency is good in terms of location, Seen from the Main Road, perfectly faces the North & South direction for major flats, the 3bhk's face the East & West directions resp., Maintenance & Society has now come into play, although there are no visitors parking yet, but sooner or later it will be resolved, moreover this is a builder's flat. Air circulation is superb
