★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank has very lazy, rude, frustrated branch manager Shuvajit Bhattachharyya. Bank of Baroda should cheek emotional quotient of its candidate during selection because in banking after CBS and digitization banker IQ affect very little in banks performance and emotional quotient will play an important role in overall rapport. I think he doesn't even know what is the role of a bank and how it should be operated. That's why I would recommend to visit any other bank if you want better service.
