★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an NRI, had bad experiences in contacting an employee for withdrawal of money from Lucknow main branch and International branch at Varanasi, UP. Several calls, e-mails and letters did yield little result.
After sending two registered letters I was some successful. Their phone numbers for NRI customer service were not working. If connected they ignored it or referred to call the local branch.
