★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share 2 experiences about this bank:
1) I went here to update my Aadhar card details (for some reasons it was not getting updated online). An executive said the hard disk has some issues come back later. I went after 4-5 days. She said the same thing. Post that I called up the bank before going there just to enquire. The receiver on the other side was so rude ( post speaking to him, I was like.. Man I made a mistake). After 10 days I went again as due to lockdown only this option was close & accessible to me. Again, I heard the same reason and was disappointed. And, I had to search for other options rigorously.
2) One of the bank staff called us at the bank for some internal work. And that was a rumoured holiday. But still, we were called. When we showed up at the bank, the door was closed, bank staff was working inside. And, some random person came and started telling us: " go away, we are closed."
Why these people are so rude I don't understand.
