★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I love bata products for slippers and sandals. They offer decent products with reasonable price. I have never tried bata shoes though but in future will definitely try one. This shop has quite big space and also they offer a variety of products (slippers, shoes, sandals) for everyone (men, women and kids).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be very careful about the items you select. The guys at the counter have no idea as to who has selected what. Mix and match happens very frequently and you may end up loosing the item that you have selected (that too only a single piece in the store) as someone else would have picked it off. Funny thing is they do accept that this is a frequent thing in their store and still haven't rectified it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of store. And worst kind of staff. Had purchased a kid's crocs. It's strip broke in a day. When I went to the store the staff assured that the same will be replaced,exchanged etc. When I went with the product they started giving excuses that we are having audit and all and asked to come some other day. I had gone only after the staff had called me. They now showed their colors and started to talk rudely I had no option and I came back. I am however planning to go to consumer forum so that such stores do not dare to make fool of the customers.
