After rise in rentals in shops in jayanagar many shifted to BSK and area has become quite busy with almost all types of shops in BDA complex and nearby areas. With many restaurants , two good parks near by, it is a very good place for shopping, recreation,rest etc

Vegetables to ready to eat items, juices, sweets, samosas, kachori, bhelpuri, etc. Readymade garments, Jeans pants shopping. You can enjoy both in the morning and evening. Temple and parks are around. Enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is more of a shopping destination mainly for daily needs, whether it is groceries or cloths or sandals or novelties, stationeries, tailors etc.
There are places even to hangout, like chat centres, bakeries, coffee shops and icecream parlours(opposite to complex).
Posted Parking for four-wheelers within the complex. 2 wheelers can be parked outside around the complex.
Shops will be open to 9.30pm in night and many will be open even on Sundays
Place is quite clean and maintained. The pricing is quite more/ high when compared to outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there only to get my senior citizens card. It is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Before there were no computers. Now everything is fine and the best part is the executive will directly come to our house and deliver the applied senior citizen card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shipping Complex housing various individual shops which deal varieties of material and services. One can find the cosmetic good, foot wear, clothes, vanity bags, cool drinks/fruit juice shop, tailoring shop, hair dressing saloon, ladies Beauty parlour, chats and snacks etc.
Parking of customer:s vehicles, especially for 4 wheeler is difficult, as sufficient parking space is not available inside the complex. However, two wheeler parking is not a problem and can be parked side by Complex.

Banashankari BDA Shopping complex is the heart of the entire area of Banashankari. It serves as a major lank mark in the area. It’s a casual outing spot for a wide range of age groups from kids to old people. It shows proximity to a few public parks as well.
A major plus point about the complex is its provision for secured vehicular – two wheeler and four wheeler paid parking. The main entrance has a ramp aiding vehicular entry as well as providing barrier free access.
The complex includes green cover with a combination of stone pathways that improves its aesthetics. It comprises of shopping outlets and eateries. As a part of maintenance it is provided with washrooms separately for men and women and dustbins outside almost every eatery. There is a common dump area with segregated dustbins for wet and dry waste.
The complex extends over quite a large area with an upper first floor which is also for commercial purposes. There are stairs that lead to the above floor.
At the almost centre of the complex is a open to sky courtyard based area with lush greenery. This is surrounded by shops on all four sides providing maximum visibility of the entire area.
Considering hygiene and cleanliness factors in today’s world, there is scope for better maintenance of washrooms. Overall, the complex provides an active and busy atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest shopping complex of Bangalore situated at Banashankari. This place houses many small eateries, tailors and cloth shop. The prices of all items available are reasonable here. Hence it will always be crowded here. Ample parking space is available for two wheelers both inside and in front of the complex. There is a dedicated space for car parking and will be full most of the time. Do plan your mode of transport accordingly.
