★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central Park Bellevue, a part of Central Park 2, has a strategic location and is beautifully designed with access to metro connectivity also expected in the near future. The property offers good rentals. The project is surrounded by commercial buildings and a huge STP by HUDA. The project is adjacent to Tikri village which has several unauthorized construction thereby offering a not-so-good view of the neighborhood. Adjacent to the project is an IT Park which makes the entrance of the project crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the reviews given here are by owners, with the motive of increasing property value. I am only a resident here for little over a month. I don’t care if property value increases or decreases, I am only giving a honest review. This is the most pathetic society, you can think of. It has a problem of street dogs wandering around in society. Society maintenance is horrible. Support staff is always looking to leech money out. And my worst experience is in society park where bullying and hitting happens, causing a toxic environment for kids. And parents have an attitude nothing serious happened, why make hoopla out of it. I wish I can get out today.
