★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited there to buy a party wear dress.. we loved their collection and varieties.. even though the price is bit high it seems to be a good quality and design.. the fitting is perfect .. they alter the dress as well which is very perfect.. staffs are very friendly and helpful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is definitely a brand, but when compared with varities and collection it's pretty limited as it is a kind of a boutique. We went there for shopping during Christmas time when there was an offer of buy 2 and get 2(if I am not wrong), but the overall bill I paid was close to 8K. Later we went to Reliance trends and Max shops, where we felt we could have waited a bit in terms of our shopping because of the variety and money. One thing I have to commit is the quality of the clothes in Biba, they are obviously awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get a bill for my purchase. They had promised to send but I still haven’t got anything. Have been waiting since Friday (22nd April 2022). Also the billing counter had just one person who was unnecessarily rude. I told her I need a physical copy of the bill and wouldn’t give my phone number because of the promotional calls that come after. She simply return my payment card saying dont buy then. I can’t give a physical bill. When I politely asked isn’t there any other way? The person who helped me with my selection suggested I could give my number and she’ll WhatsApp me personally and avoid the promotional calls and messages. But nothing happened. Very unprofessional staff and the store itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad location near a crowded junction. Space for only two cars to park. Can’t even park in the nearby lanes as they are always full. Clumsy arrangement of clothes. The choice may the same as other Biba stores but this one does not give a classy feeling like Biba’s products. Recommend to find other showrooms.
