★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and cheat people.. your parcel just laying with them.. they show out for delivery but it never got delivered. Then they reported multiple attempts made but house was locked or any other pathetic reason to cover their fault. Don't know why e-commerce companies are using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst blue-dart service offering centre. No update. No call. No contact details available online. Nothing literally means nothing. They are still having my parcel with them which was supposed to be delivered on 30th of april. Called customer service yesterday, she was like you are gonna have parcel in your hand by evening. The whole day passed but no update on parcel reaching my home. The only update i can check is on Tracking page where the delivery date shift to current date daily and shows out for delivery.
I don’t know how many times the product was out for delivery and went back to centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ever. My parcel supposed to be delivered on 4th April 2022 but they came to me on 6th April. Delivery agent dint call me and return to office and mentioned reason as I asked him future dated delivery. After my call they agreed that false reason was updated, again on next day I got a out for delivery massage on 5th but did not received the same, again on 6th I got a massage and finally their agent called me but because of delay in delivery I cancelled my order and ask them go back.
Blue dart need to improve there service.
