★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment in sector-38 is ok. Don't expect facilities like you get in hotel. When I entered rooms were not cleaned, flies in the room, smelly room. They don't change towel and bed sheets regularly. Was not cleaned when I entered bed sheets really needs cleaning. Admin and ground staff people make noise in the morning at backside of the bldg where they have washroom which disturbs person staying at ground floor. They smoke in backside toilet, smoke smell comes in ground floor room so annoying. They don't have laundry or proper contact person for laundry. Its just staying here nothing else..that is also needs drastic improvement.

In short, premium location, couple friendly, great staff, the room was well cleaned and sanitized, fresh bed sheets, overall good experience and would recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stayed there on my official trip to Gurgaon office. The location seems to be perfect and peaceful. Well if you love to drink well believe me you don’t have to go to far. The service apartment has very good facilities & provides large space for individual to live. They even allow smoking into their rooms. The staff is very cooperative, the only thing they need to improve is the quality of room service and food options as individuals coming from outside, these are the two most important factors.
