★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got non veg combo and tandoori chicken. Based on the name of the shop, you would expect at least the butter chicken to be good. Butter chicken was the worst I have ever tasted. The rice was dry as if microwave heated. Tandoori chicken was mediocre but portions were not worth the price. No wonder other places were crowded and this one was not. Never going back!

Have ordered Dhaba chicken curry with some roti and rice which costs around ₹700
not that have any problem with the cost since its an expensive Mall altogether...
Problem is the chicken should be in dustbin instead its served to the customer at the price.
The chicken has greenish tint and is totally tasteless...not rotten yet but certainly not edible.
Have complained this at the counter, they promised me they will be careful next time.
But for the time being I dont get replacement of any kind.
So I loose money and apetite and stuck with a promise for which I have to be brave enough to try their chicken next time.....Thanks but NO THANKS BUTTER CHICKEN FACTORY...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking through the phoenix food court i was craving for some desi food, seeing this new outlet i thought of giving it a try and I have no regrets!!
I ordered the butter chicken meal bowl and it completely satisfied my cravings. The butter chicken is one among the best i have had in Pune and the naan and salad were also pretty good.
The price is also decent for the quantity they gave. You can definitely give this place a try!
