★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I like coffee of cafe coffee day. But the stuff of south city cafe coffee day isn't enough professional. They don't help their consumer to choose menu. They need training. Very disappointed with the stuff. Even she was taking another consumer order when we came first. We are not food expert, that is their duty to tell us what we are getting in our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call this a coffee?! Frankly, of all the CCDs I have been to throughout town, they make the worst coffee! Ordered a mocha and was utterly disappointed with the quality of ingredients, the taste and the flavour. This place is a disgrace to the mall.

It was a fine evening and had planned a meet with some friends at this CCD, after some shopping from South City.
We ordered
Brownie with Ice Cream(8/10): Both were decent at taste and one serves 2 if you intend to come in for something less filling but sweet. Had to wait for 2-3 mins before starting since the brownie was extra heated, and it melted a lot of the ice cream. But, still it was decent, flavourful and served in 10mins.
Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream(6/10): This won't have a significant taste, like the brownie Ice cream combo as the cake is not as chocolaty as a brownie so, it's on the lighter side, but an above average item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe coffee day south city - Quality is worst if compared with other ccd outlets in kolkata. Will not recommend it don't waste ur money. This outlets is not original only they are using the ccd name. I was having a genuine voucher from my bank they rejected the gift voucher. They don't accept voucher which means its not a genuine ccd outlet. Only original ccd outlets accept gift vouchers.
Example if u have any bata voucher u can't redeem it in any shop only u have to go to original bata store. Same way this outlet is not a genuine ccd bcoz they don't accept gift voucher there Quality of coffee is equal to the panwala selling coffee outside the south city at rs 10.
Don't waste money n buy from other shops.
They are duping customers money.
