★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I ordered a cake by considering their reviews online. It was a pinata cake with some customisations. I also paid quite good amount that they have asked. First they delivered it a little late than what I expected, second it was delivered in such a bad condition. U can see in the picture, how the cake shifted from its location and misplaced the fondant part. The whole theme is changed. Then after I got feedback from recipient and shared with them, they said that we give them an option to replace or refund. If the celebration is over then what would I get to replace it and if I need refund then why would I order it at first place. highly disappointed and above all no customer satisfaction and empathy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Australia and wanted to give a surprise birthday cake to one of my relative, apparently i only knew her area but not sure about her proper address but phone number, as I never been to Jaipur, it was hard for me to find someone who help me, finally I found CAFIZZ on Google search. I am really glad that the they helped me a lot, they even made sure that my gift reaches to right address, even called the delivery person to call my relative to make sure. Their customer service is tremendous. They even texted me to confirm that order is delivered. Later I called my relative and she said the cake is very delicious, I order pineapple flavour. I am sure one day when I come to Jaipur I will visit these guys and eat these delicious cakes.Highly recommended. sorry can't gives you more then 5 but wish to give 100 out of 100. awesome
