★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience! I ordered an frozen themed cake on my daughters birthday a day prior. I showed them image from their insta page of that frozen cake and instructed to make the same cake. I ensured that they give Elsa doll in it and not any other doll on which they agreed. We had told them to deliver the cake next day at 7. Next day we again went to the shop at 5 to ensure and remind them personally. They didn't come at 7 to deliver so we called them then they brought cake at 8. To our horror they brought completely different cake with any random doll. They wanted us to keep that cake. We refused since we had ordered Frozen theme cake. So they took that back. We went to the shop again and they refused to make frozen cake. after a lot of discussion/argument they agreed and told us they will deliver frozen themed cake in half and hour. we kept calling them after half and hour as guests were waiting at our home. finally they sent cake around 9. the delivery person just kept the cake and left in hurry. when we checked the cake, it was not as good looking, we could make out that they created it in hurry and to our disappointment they kept a Elsa doll PRINTOUT on top of that cake instead of an actual DOLL. I am not able to catch hold of the main owner of the shop since then. I am going to give a bad feedback to him personally. They ruined my daughters birthday. On her special day it was so disappointing they ruined all our preparation and frozen theme. Everything was delayed. Absolutely unprofessional people! We regret buying cake from them!
