I reached the bank at 10:30am just to apply for a new debit card some lady has given me the form and asked us to wait just to proceed further but the employee who has to update or proceed further the application was missing when i asked wen he will come they are like we dont know. This is how the bank works????its very horrible service ever i have seen.Thr lady who gave the form was very helpful but what abt other employees they have to be there at 10am till 11am i have not seen anyone who came in???? This is not they system or discipline of a bank. I truly never refer any of my friends or family member's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a curse to deal with a public sector bank in the first place. None of the mobile or telephone numbers work or there will not be any response. If you send a email, you can forget about a reply. I will close down my account with this bank
