★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience, I wanted to sell my MacBook pro and buy another Macbook pro from the same store but they started treating me as if I was selling a stolen Macbook pro.
They are least bothered about how they treat you.
I was selling my on Macbook pro which I've been using for over a year now.
Please try and start respecting your customers.
You are not doing us a favor, we are buy and selling products for a price that you set understand that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first tried to sell my product through new doorstep service of Cex, the experience of which was horrible. Really bad Customer Service and no seriousness whatsoever. Especially the Phoenix Mall Branch paid no heed to my request. They don't answer your calls and your WhatsApp messages too are ignored. This proves that their team is not at all efficient and are very lazy and lethargic.
Then I visited their MANTRI Square Store personally which was better and Mahesh was very helpful. It was only because of his effort I sold my product . Otherwise I think its very difficult to sell something to them. Mine was a Box piece so it survived otherwise its a waste if time.

I was denied my purchase of a keyboard today as I didn't have 5rs change for the carry bag.
We should should them there is no business if there is no customer care.

I bought a camera from cex with 2 years warranty / buy back guaranty and when I went to sell it after an year, they did not take it back simply by making some silly reasons. Never trust or but

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rejected my phone saying the screen was popping out ??. I told him that i don't see what he is talking about and he said 'sir press from the center'. Lol! Please don't waste your time coming here if you want to sell. They won't buy your products and I see other customers complaining of the same. I take extra care of all my electronics and the phone is <3 years old (OnePlus 7T)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, no reply to what's app app message on time, called for doorstep service at morning could have been told that its not possible today. But they kept dragging and saying we will check. Lastly said not possible today. Whats the point of having this kind of customer experience. Could have told earlier and asked me to visit the store which i would have in the afternoon. My friend told me that they also tried once and felt the same thing. No point on having this type of shop. Will be going to jaynagar for console shopping.
