satff show good behaviour with customer and coprerative with us it's all good and nothing to worry about booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel Television Center is a little further 7 floor, the staff here is quite good-natured, a hotel so nice hotel that can detect their staff, an elevator is available, my check in time 12 Pm had I been so, she to be 6 Am request,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good.it is at 6 floor.lift facility are available here.ac and non ac both rooms are available.it is neae to patna junction railway station.besides the times of india building.the station is about 1 km .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I reached hotel, they told me to wait for 15-20 min bcoz staff went to eat something. when he came and once i visited room it was totally unhygenic and dirty. First I tried reaching *customer care but it was not reachable then when i asked hotelier,*why these rooms are so much dirty and unhygenic then they start arguing like we have also stayed in us hotels and all*. if you want you can cancel it. As it was not refundable so i dont gave any other option so lastly I convinced my family to stay just for tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the place is good just beside TOI office.The place is on 7th floor so lift/elevator is a must. So the first thing you will notice is the elevator it is like a century old dilapidated elevator, that will give you a feel of being in a horror movie you may feel it risky to take the elevator. Next thing you will notice is the unclean reception area und unprofessional people/staff. I must tell my room was booked from 12 noon my room was not ready by 8:30pm. As I arrived at 8:30pm the receptionist asked me to wait for 30 min so that he can prepare my room and I finally checked in at 9:00pm. When I entered the room it was still yucky unclean. Unclean tables and dustbin stuffs of previous occupant lying around. No towel! no soap! no fresh glass! no fresh water! And to my amazement I have to ask for every individual thing separately. It was already 11pm by the time their staff cleaned the tables and provided towels etc. When I asked the guy at reception why it took so much time and why do I have to personally ask for everything and replied that "it is a guest house and not a Hotel and I shouldn't expect even" without any feeling of sorry he was trying to say I am wrong and I should stay in a unclean room without complaining. I have paid ₹1200 for A/C room which is not less by any means. And you can easily get a good hotel for that amount in Patna but most of them are not listed online. But if you have to book online, please spend 100-200 bucks extra and you can get a really good hotel. Please don't go for this hotel if you want to relax after a tiresome journey.
