# They don't have enough number of technicians.
#They mostly employed novice technicians.
#Their service is not up to the mark.
#They changed little bit higher than other Honda service center.
#They can't solve your problem in one attempt, so you have to visit here for several time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour and mangement system of the staffs are not good . They added parts without informing me . Specially behaviour of superviser and cashier are were very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I didn't feel comfortable here. Aproach was not good at all. Huge work pressure but lack of staff. Not a single seat there to sit outside the work shop. Asked for 8 hours time for my 2 wheeler's servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a paid service reached service centre at 8:50 am. Job card done on 8:45 with serial number 3. Ramping done on 10: 15 am. service completed at 12:15 pm. Took long 4 hrs 15 minutes to complete simple periodic servicing.
Time involvement speaks everything about the service quality and promptness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a gear problem but it don't solve since 2 services, i think it will be solve now. There is no sitting facility. Otherwise behaviour of staff is good, service is also good. But washing can be more better. They repair my parking light for free so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is good, Manager is very cooperative he is ready to solve any problem very promptly, Air conditioned customer waiting room with comfortable seats ,news paper, T.V. unit for entertainment during waiting period is very helpful. Before replacing any major parts of the bike they consult with and seek permission from the customer first. They inspect bike very carefully before taking it on the servicing bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Added Entrance Area This Business is at extreme covered location and outside gate no Staff of Service staff of Honda or any security stood. People Find Much hassle and difficulty during finding of its location even after COVID Many Sevice Center has increased the price of Parts and Goods Which Increases the maintenance cost for common people who much depends Bike ....I hope They Ethically charge customer and Put Some Good Display and banner at entrence...
