★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people picked up from Vijayawada and showed the venture next we went for their office They asked to pay 5000/- immediately we told we have to think after going home we will talk to u people but immediately they left us at guntur bus stop we are 2 ladies.I request this company MD to take serious action on GM.

They have not even started construction of the project so far and now when we are trying to reach them for cancellation, they are not reachable on phone, if someone connects over phone, they just talk rudely and disconnect the phone call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually around 1 year back we planned to buy flat in this venture, so at that time i gave 1.5 laks advance to them, after that I planned to cancel the deal because some personal problems, i asked the money back .
I did not get any single rupee till now
If i am calling they are saying we are processing the payment but till now we did not get any money
Owner please settle our payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe this company. Whoever given 5 star rating on this those are employees, friends and family only. I took one flat and paid 50k around one year back at the time of booking they promised me a lot and said your money will refund when you are not interested at any time. But in reality in the one year they even didn't built one pillar also and While asking money they are saying it will take 3 to 4 months...I am already waiting since one year and again simply they are saying need to wait around 3 to 4 months again .... after that also they are not ready to pay the full amount.
