The limited space makes it difficult to navigate within the bank.
Servers are usually down making it necessary to revisit the branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service as they do favour on customer who comes in... they don't even know how to talk.... you guys get salary because of you customer who opens accounts in ur Bank.... first learn to respect people.. there are better bank out there I will never open account in this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank has gone bad to worse past one year, Having two Printing Machines of the Passbook NOT ONE IS OPERATIONAL and even the one in the bank is not printing and Updating our Passbook past one month. Very Very Poor service by this bank.it was one of the best bank in Orlem but now one of the Worst. Better they shut it down. The Manager too is very rude n does not come out of his Cabin to listen to the customers grievances. Requesting the head office to look into this matter very seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since the official merger of Corporation bank with Union bank on 01 Dec 20, long queues are a daily sight outside the bank. Union bank Pass books came in only a couple of weeks ago and cheque books not yet arrived so no one can intimate change of bank details to agencies such as LIC Pension and RBI bonds till such time. The nearby Corpbank ATM doesn't normally work (I checked even today) and as of now Union bank ATMs are not recognising Corpbank debit cards. So you have to pay processing charges at other bank ATMs. Union bank branch nearby has not received the mandate for Corpbank accounts so clearance of Corpbank joint acct either/or cheques deposited in other Union bank branches becomes techy. That's my experience. Someone please tell me things are going to get better.
