★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review on the 7th day of billing date. I had procured 2 assets from croma vasant kunj and the sevice provided is a real disaster, i had to revisit the centre to figure out the order details, things will not be delivered on commited time even after multiple communication and commitment, nor you will have installations on time. This experience has ruined the entire reputation what so ever. Even in the seventh day the assets remain uninstalled when spoken to the support staff no one has a realistic answer of when the issue will be resolved, you just keep following up like crazy they don't give value to you once you have made the payment. I would suggest to refer the reliance store next door, they might offer you better service and customer experience. And if you have plenty of time to waste then do go ahead and visit them, because sure as hell they don't care about your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The backend team had created my profile with just my last name. This might have happened when I last bought a product from Croma a few years back. This year I bought a couple of high value products and wanted to claim GST but their system would not take my first name as it wasn't entered into the system by the Croma team. I was the.n asked to download the Neu app and enter the details there but the app too had snags. I was then told to write to customer support to have the name rectified but was warned that this might take a "few days as this was a lengthy process"! The onus of doing all this falls on me just because someone at Croma decided to be lazy at the very outset.
This makes it difficult to purchase any product from Croma in the future.
Anyway, decided to walk next door to Reliance Digital and buy the products from there! They had my details on record, correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! None of the staffs are cooperative! You went to their shop to purchase something or the other.. They'll only attended you if you only select and pay for!!
They'll only show interest in charges of the product that u bought!
Else nothing at all!!
Worse experience !! When you're interested in buying their product worth of 30/40k !
You also expecting smooth service's along with 0%( to raise a complaint).
They'll give you all wrong information that you will recieve your paid product within 4/5 days!!
Which perhaps took more than 10days!! That too even without prior information!!
You have to be active enough to visit their CROMA STRORE to check/ track your product you purchase at the Store! To to know status of your shipping!
The shipment link they'll share you or toll free no would not be valid!!
Such a shame!!
Finally I recieved my products after many attempts to connect them through customer care!
And Complaints to the Store!!
I still put my hand together that the product I recieved through BLUE DART services has no any damned/ rejection!!!
Wish me luck Guys!! Am going to open the parcel in a while!!
