Before joining Crossfit Lakshya, i had no idea what crossfit actually is. But thanks to the coaches who have given me such an amazing experience. Crossfit has become a part of my life now, and unlike a regular gym, here our coach makes a workout plan for us, that are all about excitement, challenges, fun and improving yourself.

A fantastic community of coaches and members. Every day is different and interesting and your constantly competing with your previous best. Coaches pay incredible attention to make sure your not sacrificing the right form in any new workout. Highly recommend for both beginners and seasoned athletes who are trying to keep fitness as an enjoyable part of their lifestyle. I've been having a lot of fun working out with this great bunch and breaking down a lot of my previous mental and physical barriers. After just 5 months at the box I feel fitter than I have in the last 10 years. It's an incredible feeling when the 30-something you is fitter than the 20-something you was!

I joined CrossFit Lakshya on a whim in early 2018 not knowing it would completely change my life. If you're reading this review just to figure out whether you should sign up or not, I'm just going to leave you with this: I went from being a skinny, non-athletic weakling who struggled to climb the three floors to the box on my first day to seeing the first hints of a six-pack a little over a year later. If you're still reading, you're obviously here for the details, so here are some highlights: - CrossFit workouts are intense, but your EXCELLENT coaches, Kailash and Manu, will scale down every single one of them for you depending on your fitness levels and give you personal attention every step of the way. - Besides being great coaches, Kailash and Manu are great human beings. They're sensible, humble, grounded, and accessible, and will become your mentors. - Unlike a regular gym where you go through the same range of motions week after week, every single day in the box will be different and unexpected. - You'll work out with a positive, enthusiastic, fun bunch of people of all ages, shapes, and sizes, who will push you to do workouts you could NEVER imagine yourself doing. - The box will become your safe, happy space where no one will EVER judge you for anything. You can be completely yourself, and when you're lying on the floor panting and wondering whether you can do one more push-up or not, they'll be around you cheering you on and making sure you can. - Kailash will also work with you to understand your diet and draw up a really easy-to-follow diet-plan for you when you sign up. Working out at CrossFit Lakshya has made me go from someone who never thought about fitness to making it an integral part of my life -- something that no normal gym has managed to do so far. It's encouraged me to think about fitness in a holistic manner rather than merely thinking about getting bigger biceps or sculpted legs, and made me significantly stronger and fitter in the process. I strongly, strongly recommend you give it a shot.

I have tried several gyms before but I have never been regular or consistent at them since I would easily get bored. When I moved to Noida, I was looking for a place to workout which had group classes so I didn't have to train alone. My search led me to CrossFit Lakshya and it changed my life! Training here has truly changed my outlook towards fitness. Unlike most gym and fitness classes, here the focus is always to compete with yourself. Try and be better than what you were the day before. Everyday is a new challenge and a new workout. Some workouts are repeated after a few months ,so that you can see the improvements and you would be amazed at how much you have improved! The box has such a positive vibe! Our coach here is very dedicated and very methodical. He spends time on each individual to ensure they are able to perform the movements correctly. Even during workouts he will constantly ensure you maintain your form. In case of any previous injury, the workouts are also modified to suit you. The community and the positive environment created by Kailash at CrossFit Lakshya is truly amazing! All athletes training here constantly push each other to do their best. The atmosphere is electrifying espically during tough workouts and that's how we get though the challenges! All these factor - wonderful coach, amazing community, positive environment, different workout everyday, learning new skills, etc are the real reason behind my being super consistent and regular at CrossFit Lakshaya. And who wouldn't be! If you have never tried CrossFit before, this is the best place to start. Under Kailash's guidance I can assure you that you will love it! I would highly recommend this place for beginners and professionals alike.

A Happy place for me. Box as it is called in crossfit lingo is perfect community for a person like me who had not been into regular exercising for last 15 years. Coaches here guide you to do your best to get fit and not just lose weight or gain muscles. Crossfit is for everybody, any age, any weight, any height. There is no shortcut but crossfit shows the way which involves being consistent, work on your form and eat properly.

I dropped at CrossFit Lakshya for 3 days in January and loved the community and the coaches. I have been doing CrossFit for 3 years in Houston, Texas. Both Coaches Manu and Kailash gave me great pointers and nuances to work on my deadlifts and split jerks. The community was very welcoming as well from the very 1st day! Overall an excellent experience!

My father always told me, if you do something, do it right and give it your all. Crossfit Lakshya is the best example of that. I have been to a lot of gyms in my life, and I can confidently say that Kailash is one of the best trainers I have ever come across. Overtime you not only gain the stamina and the strength to do your workouts, but you also gain the knowledge to do it the right way . When I joined here there was so much I did not know. I even struggled to do push-ups the right way. But after a month I could do proper push-ups the right way (albeit with a little struggle because I need to build up more upper body strength, but I'm getting there) In a nutshell, if you are looking to get fit and do it the right way, join this community. They are encouraging and you will have a blast getting fit.
