★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited their outlet in chandni chowk and chose a lehnga for my wedding .. we asked for discount and booked the lehnga by paying the advance, gave my measurement and was told that a fresh peice will be made accordingly. After 5 min an employee came and said that i wud not get a fresh peice in the discount that they were giving. The sample that they showed us had marks with pen and a lot of final wrk to be done. It was so unprofessional of them. I have my wedding in dec & booking my lenhnga 3 mnths before the day is definately because i want my attire to be made absolutely new and not tried by many other brides.. will never visit this place again . They wasted my 2 hours ..absolutely dissapointed with this place ..

The trial piece and the final delivery did not match. A basic thing which is expected from a shop with a so called name and stature. The basic- embroidery of the lehenga and the belt didn’t match, the belt of the lehenga was spoiled since they fell short of length on the first trial. In short, they SPOILED the bridal lehenga. Can’t be a worst experience than this. Further, they were not initially ready to accept their mistake. Finally, after a lot of hue and cry, and an almost lodged complaint with the police, they agreed to refund. That too with a condition and in installments.
It was lucky in our part to finalize the lehenga 4 months in advance. We could get the lehenga done from somewhere else. Otherwise the main dress would have been spoiled bacause of the shop’s carelessness and incapability!
Total investment in the lehenga after going with the so called brand “D’vasa”:
Return Flight tickets (three visits were required - for selection four people and for two trials two people for each): 48,000
Lodging and boarding: 12,000
Advance payment: 50,000
Total: 1,10,000
Refund amount: 50,000 (obviously)
Apart from this, the cost in the form of mental harassment and tears for the bride.
The shop owners do not understand the emotions, cost and efforts which are put in by the brides for the most important day in their life!
So everyone out there, please avoid if you can.

They are fooling you in the name of handwork. The product u order and the product you get is entirely different!
Didn't expect this from them. The blouse was promised to be customized with all overwork but at the end they changed the customization as well as designing.
Try to avoid this place for sure !
