β β β β β Worst service. This vendor has installed Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in our society (250 flats). However, in last 2 years, we have been facing issues of bad water quality. They don't have expertise of end to end STP implementation. Their knowledge is limited in 25% of overall STP infrastructure required in housing societies. They don't support Air Blower, motors issues which are critical part of STP. They neither support us in resolving issues by coordinating with concerned experts. We have realised that most of the issues are resulted due to design issues and lack of technical expertise ( in end to end STP operations) from this vendor So never engage them in STP operations.
Edit - We got quotation of 90k for Air Blower and we were able to procure blower with exactly same specifications at 50k, so you can imagine how they exploit their customers.
