Is this a way to cheat customers during this lockdown

Also in recent order they sent the item which is less in weight than shown in product and also the product is of cheap quality.
how can i rely on this online service if they don't deliver the product on time and also done the unethical thing of cheating.
If you are asking for the proof i will surely post on this public platform.

Have received the order long back and it was good, some items were taken back when requested due to quality issues.
