everytime everymonth different amount deducted,
employer contribution also they dont know. Soon they will be in trouble because of cheating clients employees and already on process to fall under compliance issue......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider ever.. Pathetic in terms of user friendliness. And there is no answer to the queries on website or calls. Is there a real no. or mail ID where someone would be able to answer?? It is related to PF, I am not able to login and when I am trying to reset the password it's going to my official mail ID, which is no longer accessible as I've left the company.

product provides the worst user experience I’ve ever seen.
Every time after log in the first thing they ask is if I am leaving the organization. All mess up user interfaces, redundant, and repetitive tasks. Longer task flows are such a waste of time. Without training, it is very difficult to use DKM. Please redefine UX to simplify the product experience and have a neat and clean UI.
