Now I am gradually improving my condition along with the Physiotherapy session done by Dr Ezaz along with his team at the clinic' Ligament, Joint and Arthrities Clinic'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited the clinic, clinic time was mentioned 7:30 am - 5:00 pm in google. I called and confirmed the timing which was told from 9:00 am. I reached at 9:15 am but doctor was not available. At reception they told doctor will reach in 15-20 mins . We waited 2 hours but doctor didn't came. Doctor must be punctual because a lot of patient (30-35 nos.)were waiting and they are coming from long distance from different part of state.clinic don't have seating capacity of more than 10-15 person. They don't have facility to the get the wheel chair inside the hospital. I wonder how they are ISO 9001 -2015 certified company.
Problem is not that doctor didn't came on time, it's like they don't bother to inform patient time and reason (if not personal). Taking a lot of degrees will not work until people don't have time sense/ punctual.
Hope authority will take care of these things in future so that other people will not suffer.
