★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is selling 50rs face shield for rs 200 , vapouriser are also over priced and so is other covid products. These rascals are making huge profite out of this pandemic. Shame on u guys. God is watching everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staffs are degrading Drug point Brand... Fire them or soon due to their behavior you are loosing huge crowd of customers.....
I really appreciate Drug point is providing us all variety of medicine at earliest.... But today I felt that some of your staff at saguna more branch ruining your brand values....
I'm explaining the incident: My father went today 31st July to drug point for medicine named librarx.... A person asked my father to show doctor prescription ...That time he don't have that paper...so he waited 10-15 min and asked that person that I'm not feeling well give me that medicine as earlier he bought without showing prescription.....
Still rudely he scolded my father as he is asking medicine without money....
my father then waited 15 min for me I was buying some stuffs nearby than I showed that person doctor prescription in my cell phone.....he is out of the counter and shouted show it to other person I'm busy....my father told him u asked me for prescription and told me to wait for 15 min and now shouting....
I request you if you are a responsible person Take some action. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff (pharmacist,computer operator and super) are good service for customers and other patients attended but managing director are very very bad behaviour for staff's or customers,party(through maneger of shop).
So, I'm not satisfied for this condition, situation and very bad service for this shop.
Thank you all staff's and employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price is most for me when I visit drug stores as we know how medicine market is in India.They offer a lot other item other than medicine. If you want to order your medicine then they will get it for you. Overall the experience was nice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I visited to drug point medical to returned medicine which I bought on 27 Apr 22. They directly denied in rudly manner that once medicine is sold, we can't returned. Very pathetic show by drug point. I suggest all patient to buy medicine near by medical shop like sagun medical and other, but did't visit to drug point.
